• We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, cash, American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
• A 2-night minimum stay is required during peak periods, holidays and weekends, while a 3-night stay is required during long weekends.
• Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday in season.
• Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Should you decide to enjoy the beach after check-out time, we have showers available so you may freshen up before you depart. If you wish, you may leave your bags with the front desk.
• Rates are subject to 9.7% Massachusetts state and local taxes.
• All rates quoted are double occupancy, except cottages with two-bedrooms where the rate is for four people. (Forecastle, Ruth’s House, Shell House, Evelyn’s House)
• Extra person charge: $35.00 per night per person.
• Rates vary with room size, location & availability. Room rates subject to change without notice except on confirmed reservations.

A deposit of 50% is required on all reservations over 3 nights duration. For a stay of three nights or less the entire amount is required. All cancellations are assessed a 10% service fee. Guests cancelling with less than 30 days notice will receive a refund only if we are able to re-book their reservation. Refunds are not granted to guests who arrive after scheduled arrival date or leave before scheduled departure date. You may change the date of your stay at any time with no fees applied, but if you shorten the length of your stay, the cancellation policy applies to those nights not used.

• Pet surcharge is $25 per pet, per night.
• Pets are not allowed in Mainstay or Carriage House suites.  Pets are allowed in cottages and Tea House rooms.
• Pets may not be brought into inside common areas including the main lobby, Carriage House common area or the Tea House breakfast room.
• Owners must clean up after their pets.
• Pets may not be left in the rooms alone.  For more information on pet sitting, contact the front desk staff.
• Rooms will not be serviced while your pet is inside.  You may make arrangements to have your room cleaned while your pet is away by contacting the front desk staff.
• There is a 2 pet limit for all cottages and a 1 pet limit in Tea House rooms.
