Sister Properties

Staying at Menemsha Inn and Cottages means you have access to the complimentary amenities offered at our sister properties and priority reservations at both restaurants.

Beach Plum Inn

A small Inn with a world-class restaurant on seven acres overlooking the three-hundred year old fishing village of Menemsha. The Beach Plum Inn is a romantic hideaway perched above scenic Menemsha Harbor and surrounded by colorful gardens and lush pastures. With its picture-perfect ocean views and spectacular sunsets, the Beach Plum Inn is an enchanting setting for your relaxing getaway.

With eleven rooms located in the main house and surrounding cottages, the Inn offers comfortable, lovingly-decorated, peaceful accommodations. The Beach Plum began its life as a private home built from wood salvaged from shipwrecks caused by a vicious storm in 1898. In 1958, the property was converted into an Inn and quickly took its place as one of Martha’s Vineyard’s premiere destinations.
