Fishing Charters

Explore the scenic coastline of Martha' Vineyard and Elizabeth Islands by boat. Our guests can book a private charter with and cruise the waters of Menemsha Pond, enjoy a sunset cruise off Aquinnah or try their hand at catching a Striped Bass or Bluefish on the waters of Vineyard Sound. There are also weekly trips to Cuttyhunk for their "Lobsters on the Lawn" clambake.

Fishing Options For All

Martha's Vineyard offers an astonishing 100 miles of fishable shore and getting the most out of your fishing experience means booking with a company who has the right vessel and the right experience for what you have in mind.

Martha's Vineyard has many reputable fishing charter companies who offer full and half-day excursions for novices and seasoned anglers. Choose from light tackle or fly fishing and go after striped bass, bluefish, atlantic bonito and false albacore.

On the west shore, Squibnocket, Gay Head, and Lobsterville Beach are famous spots for bass fishing. Lobsterville Beach is also renowned for its fly fishing. The shoals on the north shore where Menemsha is located, are known for bottom fishing, including fluke, sea bass, and scup. On the east shore, fishing takes on a more relaxed pace where anglers usually find scup, sea robin, and sea bass.
