Carriage House
The Carriage house, with six Waterview rooms opening onto the Eisenstadt great room and its large fieldstone fireplace, is ideal for a couple’s vacation or family gathering. Each private room has a king bed, pullout couch, and a deck to watch the sun set into Vineyard Sound.
Tea House
Six upper-level rooms have private balconies for soaking in our famous ocean sunsets. Traveling with a small two- or four-legged family member? Then the garden rooms are perfect, as they are just a step from your porch onto our amazing property. Five Tea House Rooms are kings, four are Queens.
Mainstay
Mainstay, the entire second floor of the original Menemsha Inn farmhouse, is a two-bedroom, two-bath suite with a full kitchen and living room. Mainstay provides an easy Menemsha experience.
