DeWolf Thompson, the founder of Menemsha Inn, built this three-bedroom house for his daughter, Ruth, in 1955. The living room features a fireplace and opens to a spacious deck, offering ample space for guests to enjoy the sight of the Red Devons grazing in the pasture while watching the sun set into Vineyard Sound.
Evelyn’s House
Evelyn’s House offers some of the most breathtaking water views on Martha’s Vineyard. Built in 1917, this updated “Menemsha Camp” above Menemsha Harbour is cherished for its timeless simplicity. The home features an open living room, kitchen, and dining room with a fireplace. It includes two bedrooms, two baths, and a loft.
Shell House
Shell House is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open kitchen, dining, and living area featuring a beautiful shell fireplace and a half bath.
