Evelyn’s House

Without a doubt, Evelyns House, has one of the most stunning water views on Martha’s Vineyard. Built in 1917 this little changed “Menemsha Camp” above Menemsha Harbour is treasured for its timeless simplicity. Open living room, kitchen dining room with fireplace. Two bedrooms, two baths, and a loft.

Shell House is a three-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bathroom home. On the ground floor an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a half bath focus on a beautiful shell fireplace. A king bedroom suite with full bath and expansive deck overlooking the tennis court. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath.

Ruth’s House

Menemsha Inn founder, DeWolf Thompson, built this three-bedroom house for his daughter, Ruth, in 1955. The living room with fireplace opens to a spacious deck providing plenty of space for guests to enjoy the Red Devon’s grazing in the pasture as the sun sets into the Vineyard Sound.

We have reimagined our old barn into a spacious one-bedroom home that opens onto our kitchen garden. Upstairs is a large living room, water view deck, bedroom, and bath. Downstairs is one open room with leather couches a 70″ flat-screen television, a dining area, a half bath, and a galley kitchen.
