A-A Island Auto Rental
A-A Island Auto Rental offers daily, weekly and monthly rentals. They have offices withing walking distance of Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs ferry terminals, an office at 196 Main Street in Edgartown, as well as complimentary pick-up service at the Martha’s Vineyard Airport.
Aquinna Taxi provides island-wide taxi service, from Gay Head Lighthouse to Chappaquiddick, and everything in between. They offer air conditioned vans and accept credit cards.
Bluefish Taxi is part of the same ownership group that owns Aquinnah Taxi. The two companies have a total fleet of eight air conditioned vans, and accept credit cards.

Martha’s Vineyard Regional Transit Authority is the only year round island-wide public transportation system on Martha’s Vineyard.
